40 Point Birthday

Even though her name doesn't score very many points, it's Ginetta's birthday tomorrow. Considering how we have a continuous 'Words with Friends' scrabble game going on, these were the obvious choice! They are mini cupcakes with vanilla frosting, topped with mini hand made biscuit scrabble tiles.

These look amazing! How did you make the biscuits? I'd like to recreate this for my boyfriend's birthday so I'd appreciate any tips!

Hi Rebecca, Thanks! Use any biscuit recipe where you can roll them to be quite thick and then use a template that is about 3cm square and cut around it to make the small squares. Let me know if I can help further. Nicole

Perfect thanks, I've just ordered a 3cm square cutter from ebay and also an edible icing pen - I'm not brave enough to pipe out the letters! Great blog!x
